A quilting video by Adam C.

I first came across Adam in a Yahoo group for Hinterberg Voyager 17 quilting machines.  The V17 was paired with Hinterberg Stretch Frame and was one of the first mid-arm quilters on the market.  The Yahoo group was a great place for us to learn what this machine could do.  Adam quickly distinguished himself with his natural quilting ability.

Adam showed us all with potential the machine had, but soon outgrew it.  He ended up getting a Sharon Schamber Prodigy machine and I got a Handiquilter 16.

I think this is one of Adam’s (Pinktext) best videos; I think you will enjoy it, too.

Decals for Quilting Machines!

Have you seen these?  Which would YOU choose?

I think this one is my favorite from Tattoo Elementz called Hawaiian Holiday – Pink.

Have you seen them anywhere else?  They are from Quiltastick.

It IS a fun idea, don’t you think?

My Newest HQ16 Toy!

I ordered an open-toe foot for my HQ16 on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. and it was delivered Saturday morning before 10 a.m.!  Can you imagine? How is THAT for service!  I only paid $5 for shipping, too!  (IL to CO)

I ordered my foot from Mike's Machine Shop and will not hesitate ordering from him again!  He carries parts for lots of machine brands, needles, thread, and other items.

I know that I am impressed with Mike’s inventory, machine knowledge, and friendliness.

Previously, I have ordered my upgrades for my HQ directly from HandiQuilter.  I added Micro handles to my machine last year along with a new light which work great, by the way.  I can move it around and direct the light just where I need it.

I’ve also added Edgerider Wheels last year and l-o-v-e them!
